A: Yes, you will need to have a MarketSharp or improveit 360 account with an active user license to use the app. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to contact MarketSharp or improveit 360 to set up your account. Improveit 360 accounts may require account configuration to use RemodelerGo; contact support for details.
Q: Do I need a PaySimple Account to accept payments in the app, or can I use another payment processor?
A: Yes, currently you’ll need an active PaySimple account to accept payments in RemodelerGo. More payment processing options may be added in the future.
